This work is devoted to the analysis of catalyzer-reforming process forlow-octane hydrocarbon fractions on organically modified zeolite contactsand to the assessment of the qualitative composition of the reformed target product. This investigation directly continues previous works of the authors devoted to reforming of low-octane hydrocarbon fractions on organically modified zeolite contacts of various grades [1-7].
Materials and methods
Organically modified zeolite-containing catalyzers.
Results
Content of aromatic compounds in the target product of reforming process allows suggesting the absence of such processes of feedstock thermal compaction as alkylation, polymerization, etc. … and the major role of isomerization reactions.
Сonclusions
The proposed catalyzer-reformingmethod for low-octane hydrocarbon fractions with different boiling rangeson organically modified zeolite contacts allows obtaining high quality high-octane catalytic gasoline with low aromatic hydrocarbon content and,as a consequence, with improved environmental performance of the final product at minimum power consumption.
